Create an effortless, inspiring, and productive shopping experience by demonstrating product knowledge and building customer relationships to improve the shopping experience. Retain and follow up with customers.

Promote and demonstrate teamwork in all shopping areas to ensure flawless customer service.

Handle transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently, and create a lasting impression on customers.

Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of stock availability and customer requests, and provide information or feedback on merchandise to the boutique management team.

Understand, adopt, and reinforce brand standards.

Support and consolidate activities to ensure a safe working environment.

Stay aware of loss prevention by supporting a culture of honesty and linking customer service, associate engagement, and losses.

Participate in restocking the sales floor by preparing merchandise and ensuring that items are correctly labeled according to discounts, price increases, and promotions.

Restock in accordance with established standards to ensure the boutique is well-stocked, and ensure that visual displays are maintained according to applicable standards.

Meet availability criteria, including evenings, weekends, and non-business hours.
