Job descriptionCompetitive hourly wage of $15.50. Advancement opportunities as we promote from within. No prior experience required; comprehensive training and team support will be provided. Flexible hours - additional work hours may be available upon request. Friendly and enthusiastic interactions with customers and management. At least 18 years old. Able to perform physical tasks, including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Have reliable transportation to and from the work location. 1-2 years of merchandising experience is preferred. Experience in leading and training a team. Capable of using a smartphone or tablet for work documentation after each shift. Exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients, customers, and team members. Self-motivated with a focus on results. Able to work independently while also fostering strong team collaboration. Committed to performing job duties with safety as a top priority in a retail setting.

In the role of Team Lead for Retail Merchandising, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the shopping experience for customers by providing essential in-store merchandising support. Your responsibilities will include :
- Building eye-catching displays and end caps.
- Resetting shelves to ensure effective product rotation.
- Tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities for both stores and suppliers.
- Assisting leadership with reporting, training, and scheduling tasks.
- Onboarding new team members to ensure a cohesive working environment.
