Family Practice physician job in Michigan : Family Medicine Physician Bay City, MichiganSetting : Outpatient, State-of-the-Art Community Health ParkPosition Type : Full-Time, Employed Position Highlights

Schedule : MondayFriday, 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM

Call : 1 : 10 rotation, nurse triage line support

Reason for Opening : Replacement for departing physician

Facility : Modern, patient-centered facility co-designed with community and provider input Clinical Scope

Patient Population : Full-spectrum family medicine from birth through adulthood

Services Provided : Preventive care

Acute and chronic disease management

Emotional and social health care support

MD or DO (U.S. or foreign equivalent)

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
