Position : HVAC Service Technician – $30–$45 / hr + truck + gas ca r d

Service Area : Greater Boston Area (within Route 95 loop)

Work : 100% Commercial

A well-established and growing HVAC contractor located just outside of Boston is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position focused on servicing commercial HVAC systems throughout the Boston area within the Route 95 loop.

Qualified candidates must hold a valid driver's license and a Universal EPA Certification.

Responsibilities include :

Servicing and maintaining commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, split systems, boilers, chillers, and VAV systems

Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues

Performing routine and preventative maintenance

Maintaining accurate service records and following company protocols

Communicating effectively with dispatch and clients

Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and local codes

Requirements :

Minimum of 3 years of commercial HVAC service experience

Universal EPA Certification (required)

Valid driver's license (required)

Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Professional demeanor and strong communication skills

Compensation and Benefits :

Hourly wage of $30 to $45, depending on experience
