Join a dynamic manufacturing organization as a Business Excellence Technician supporting continuous improvement across production and facility operations. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day—from working in Excel to assembling workstations and pitching in on the production floor.

Job Duties :

Receive and execute task-based assignments from the Business Excellence Leader

Support lean and Six Sigma initiatives by assisting with kaizen events and visual management systems

Dry cleaning / organization in the uniform room

Provide light support to production processes as needed

Perform general facility maintenance and workspace setup

Use basic hand and power tools, including production floor tools, safely and effectively

Update Excel sheets and online systems with completed projects and tasks

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace

Qualifications :

1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred

Comfortable with hands-on work, including light fabrication and facility maintenance

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Mechanically inclined and confident using basic tools

Ability to read basic diagrams or layouts is a plus

Familiarity with lean manufacturing or Six Sigma tools is a bonus

Willingness to learn, be flexible, and take initiative

Able to stand, walk, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the day
