Lead with Purpose as a Behavioral Health Technician Supervisor
Schedule : Monday-Friday, 3rd shift
As a Behavioral Health Technician Supervisor , (Internal Title : Community Living Instructor Supervisor) you’ll play a critical leadership role in supporting individuals receiving behavioral health services in residential or community-based programs. You’ll supervise a team of Behavioral Health Technicians (Community Living Instructors), oversee daily operations, and ensure that client care meets quality, safety, and compliance standards.
This is a full-time, benefit-eligible position with a Monday–Friday schedule. Flexibility is required , including the ability to provide emergency shift coverage or respond to urgent issues as needed.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage using internal scheduling tools
- Provide day-to-day oversight of the residential or community living site, with 24 / 7 availability for support or emergency fill-in
- Supervise, train, and support Behavioral Health Technicians; lead monthly team meetings and performance reviews
- Oversee medication handling, logging, and storage (as applicable by site)
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for consumers; conduct regular safety drills and inspections
- Coordinate orientation for new consumers and support daily supervision and engagement
- Review documentation and timekeeping for accuracy and compliance
- Support staff hiring by posting open positions, interviewing candidates, and working with recruiters
- Serve as the communication bridge between clinical teams and front-line staff to align care efforts
- Provide direct support to clients when needed, including crisis response, transportation, or assisting with daily living activities
Complete required documentation and participate in audits, staff meetings, and training
Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High School / GED requiredWork Experience / Training / Additional Requirements :
At least two (2) years of relevant work experience requiredA valid, unrestricted driver's license at time of hireMust obtain and maintain a Class E Missouri driver’s license within 60 days of hireYou’ll Be A Great Fit for This Role if You :
