The primary result expected from Machine Operator position is to operate rotational molding machines as designated under the supervision and direction of operations leadership. The Machine Operator will monitor the quality of the plastics parts after they are demolded to ensure the parts are to quality standards.
Operates rotational molding machine to meet or exceed plant metrics related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Morale / Inventory

The plant environment is not climate controlled. In some areas the climate will be extremely hot from machinery and there will be exposure to noise from the equipment. Personal protective equipment is required in the facility. There may also be intermittent exposure to fumes, moving mechanical parts and tool vibration.
