Craftwork is redefining the home painting industry with a premium, tech-enabled model built for customers and the crews who serve them. Were hiring a Growth Generalist to help build and scale our growth engine across all channels.
Youll own our most important growth initiatives and drive the operating rhythm of our growth team. Were looking for someone who has the technical skills to connect data insights like no one else can, while having the entrepreneurial spirit to will those insights into real-world wins. This is a rare opportunity to build a scalable growth engine alongside an elite team.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Lead Generation and Partnerships
Design, launch, and manage the local affiliate program (e.g., real estate agents, property management groups) to establish a high-quality B2B and B2C referral network.Ideate and execute non-scalable (guerrilla) field marketing campaigns to drive immediate lead volume, collecting critical data to inform future scaled acquisition strategies.Build and maintain a network of strategic local partners across the Charlotte community that drives meaningful, measurable business and revenue growth.Codify successful local lead generation initiatives into repeatable, low-CAC playbooks and standard operating procedures for adoption in new Craftwork markets.Get your hands dirty and close deals when needed. Everyone on the growth team owns a pipeline and stays close to the action.Revenue and Financial Performance
Own and ensure the accuracy of market revenue forecastingUse data to model and analyze market health and growth opportunities, informing critical business decisions.Drive the operating rhythm and pace across the growth organization to push the team to new heights.Funnel Optimization
Manage and optimize paid campaigns to maintain a target Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) threshold.Lead Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) efforts, including A / B testing and funnel analysis, to improve estimate and deal conversion rates.Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless lead-to-close process for all new partnership-driven leads.QUALIFICATIONS
Experience
2+ years in an analytical, operational, or growth focused role.Youve built and grown something. A company, a side-hustle, a community, etc.Youve thrived in customer facing roles.Youre exceptional at any altitude. You can hand out flyers in the morning and then present an executive readout in the afternoon.Technical Capabilities
Proficiency in data analysis, visualization, and querying (e.g., SQL, advanced spreadsheet / BI tools).Skilled in using data, judgement, and operational cadence to drive financial results.Proven experience owning or building forecasts and managing complex data sets.Execution and Ownership
