Position Overview

The ideal candidate brings over 7 years of hands-on project delivery experience across systems, data integration, enterprise platform rollouts (e.g., ERP, EAM, FSM), and transformation initiatives. This role demands strong project leadership, industry knowledge, and technical fluency to drive results in complex client environments. The TPM will serve as the linchpin between business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendorsensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality goals are met.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership :

• Define & manage project scope, objectives, deliverables and develop project plans, resource requirements, timelines and ensure project milestones are met timely.
• Develop detailed project charters, work breakdown structures, and execution plans aligned with client goals and transformation roadmaps.
• Manage cross-functional delivery teams including solution architects, developers, analysts, testers, and change managers.
• Apply structured methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) to manage timelines, risk, quality, and dependencies.

Educational Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience. Advanced degree (MBA or Master's) is preferred.
