Pay : 30 – 39.95 / hour | Contract Role

Schedule : Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert driving validation readiness for critical manufacturing processes. You will :

Lead documentation efforts : Write and execute media protocols, procedures, and technical guides for isolator fill line readiness.

Ensure compliance excellence : Guide operators and teams on process quality, making sure every step aligns with strict regulatory requirements.

Drive collaboration : Partner with Tech / Ops and cross-functional teams to transfer knowledge and deliver isolator readiness milestones.

Support regulatory standards : Assess supply product documentation in alignment with Novartis QM, QD, and global regulations.

Track performance : Monitor KPIs and provide insights to ensure validation goals are consistently met.

Set best practices : Contribute to policies, SOPs, and validation strategies that shape industry standards.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

5+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, validation, or qualification.

Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, technical processes, and pharmaceutical science.

Ability to quickly adapt and master new technical and compliance frameworks.

Pay Details : 30.00 to 39.95 per hour
