Key Responsibilities

Lead a small team of engineers while remaining hands-on in development

Required Qualifications

10+ years of professional software engineering experience

5+ years of experience with modern JavaScript frameworks

Expertise in JavaScript, React.js, and GraphQL

Experience leading small engineering teams

Strong focus on usability, accessibility, and performance in UI / UX improvements
