What You'll Do

As a Senior Tax Associate or Tax Supervisor , you will :

  • Prepare and review complex federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, partnerships, S-Corps, C-Corps, and trusts
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff and interns, reviewing their work and guiding their development
  • Conduct tax research and provide strategic tax planning for clients
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and timely service
  • Assist with IRS and state tax correspondence and audits as needed
  • Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the tax department

What We're Looking For

  • CPA license (or CPA eligible and actively pursuing)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; Master’s in Taxation is a plus
  • 3+ years of recent public accounting tax experience
  • Strong knowledge of individual, corporate, and partnership tax regulations
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • A team player with leadership potential and a passion for client service
