Job descriptionTechnical diploma in electrical or mechanical fields preferred. 0–1 year experience in manufacturing; solar / semiconductor experience preferred. Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic data analysis tools. Ability to use hand tools and measurement devices. Ability to work 12-hour shifts, remain stationary for extended periods, and lift up to 20 lbs (team lift). Must pass a background check.
Regal Staffing is seeking a Process Technician I for a high-volume manufacturing facility in Wilmer, TX. This role supports daily production operations by inspecting equipment, maintaining processes, and ensuring product quality.
Pay : $25 / hr + 10% night differential.
Schedule : 12-hour shifts (6am–6pm or 6pm–6am) on a rotating 3-on / 4-off and 4-on / 3-off pattern.
Responsibilities :
- Perform daily equipment and process inspections.
- Maintain manufacturing processes and assist in developing work instructions.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
- Record daily operations and maintenance activities accurately.
- Support engineers in special operations.
- Enter quality data into MES and other systems.
- Follow all safety, environmental, and quality policies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
