Description :

CVOR Circulating RN position available in the Cardiovascular Operating Room.

The ability to scrub is a bonus but not necessary.

The shift consists of 4x10 hour days and may include on-call hours.

Two years of experience in a similar role is required.

Travel experience is not mandatory with two or more years of experience.

Epic charting experience is essential.

Candidates must possess ACLS and BLS certifications.

CNOR certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience in administering blood and blood products is important.

Familiarity with various cardiovascular procedures is necessary.

Skills in starting peripheral IVs and understanding of fire safety are expected.

The role involves handling specimens and following the Universal Protocol procedure.

Candidates should demonstrate expertise in managing aortic aneurysm repairs and coronary artery bypass grafts.

This position requires knowledge of specialized equipment relevant to cardiothoracic surgery.

A minimum of one to three years of experience in cardiothoracic surgery is required.

Local candidates from certain restricted counties are not eligible for this role.
