Backfill position in Behavioral Health specialty.

Facility Department / Cost Center : Nursing.

Role : RN.

Number of Openings : 1.

Shift : Day shift (0700-1930).

Weekly Guaranteed Hours : 36, including weekend hours.

Call Requirements : call / text when someone calls off shift or there are shift openings.

Job Requirements

Required Certifications : RN license.

Must have deescalation skills.

Preferred experience : Behavioral health, Medical or dual diagnosis experience, able to do CIWA, COWS.

Schedule Information

Day shift from 0700 to 1930.

36 hours per week guaranteed, including weekend hours.

Call requirements as needed for shift coverage.

Unit Specific Information

Unit Profile : 4 units covering Adolescents (13-17 years old) and Adults (18+).

Patient population includes adolescents and adults with behavioral health needs.

Common diagnoses / treatment : acute stabilization behavioral health hospital with average length of stay 7-10 days.

Patient ratios vary by unit : 1 : 12 for most units, 1 : 10 for Dual Diagnosis / SUD unit.

Float requirements : all units if necessary.
