Seven Healthcare is seeking a dedicated full-time Occupational Therapist to join a reputable healthcare facility in Pembroke, North Carolina . Key Responsibilities :

  • Evaluate and assess patients' functional abilities and needs
  • Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
  • Use therapeutic techniques to improve daily living skills, mobility, and independence
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation staff for quality care delivery
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and adaptive equipment use
  • Participate in discharge planning and interdisciplinary meetings

    • Requirements :

  • Active North Carolina Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Strong communication, evaluation, and treatment planning skills
  • Previous experience in a rehabilitation or clinical setting preferred
