Now Hiring : Ring Cell Machinists

Location : Lancaster, PA

Pay : $23–$28 / hour (Based on Experience) | Full-Time |Temp to Hire

Shifts Available : 1st, 2nd, and Weekend Shifts

Allegiance Staffing is seeking skilled Ring Cell Machinists to join a precision manufacturing team in Lancaster, PA. This position involves machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting while ensuring all parts meet exacting specifications and tolerances.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate Centerless Grind and Hone equipment

Inspect and measure parts to maintain tolerances of .0008–.0005

Assist with troubleshooting and minor machine maintenance

Perform root cause analysis and process improvements

Collaborate with quality personnel to maintain high production standards

Maintain documentation and autonomous maintenance schedules

Machinist Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

1+ years of machining experience (CNC preferred)

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability

Skilled in reading blueprints and using precision measuring tools

Experience with chamfer, score, or CNC drill operations a plus

Work Environment

Manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery and moderate noise
