The Veterans Affairs (VA) Medical Center in Columbia, SC, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Urologist to join our team. As a Urologist at the VA, you will provide comprehensive urological care to our nation's veterans, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care. Key Responsibilities :

• Provide comprehensive urological care, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of urological conditions.
• Perform surgical procedures, including minimally invasive surgeries, as necessary.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Participate in the teaching and training of medical residents and fellows.
• Engage in clinical research and contribute to the advancement of urological care within the VA system.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care in accordance with VA policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all VA regulations and standards for quality care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and peer review activities.
