Complete educational program and proficiency challenges to coworkers annually. Demonstrate competency in accordance to ADH requirement and hospital policy. Maintain budgetary control and productivity as set forth by Mercy. Activity participate in quality improvement / performance improvement process outline by Mercy. Ensure safety of coworkers, patients, and visitors related to radiation. Qualifications : Minimum Qualifications : Education : Graduate of and approved Radiology School. Licensure : Current Radiology Technologist Licensure from the State Department of Health in the applicable state of practice. Certifications : Registered Radiology Technologist. Physical Requirements : Position requires individuals to push, pull, and / or lift 50 pounds regularly. Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift. Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties. Preferred Qualifications : Experience : Minimum of three years' experience in Radiology leadership role.
