Responsibilities

What You'll Do : We are looking for an experienced program analyst to manage acquisition, contract / financial execution and technical requirements for an IPTL within a government program office at a variety of security levels.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide program office operational and technical support to the PM / DPM, Functional Leads and IPT Leads for a major DoD Acquisition Program.
• Work with IPT Leads and program office team to assist in capturing plans of action and milestones, technical requirements, etc.
• Manage contract execution to include financial tracking, spend plans, forecasting and budgeting for various projects.
• Generate acquisition documentation, Statement of Work (SOW) / CDRL development, ROMs, Technical Advisory Reports (TARs), J&As, CDRL management.
• Coordinate with additional liaison Govt. offices on program requirements for security, contracts, finance, IT network support, etc.
• Assist the PMs and IPT Leads in identifying, capturing and tracking Program risks and their associated mitigation plans.
• Use databases and MS Office products to manage, maintain and distribute technical and programmatic data, as directed by Program Manager, IPT and Functional Leads, and Configuration / Data Managers.
