We are looking for Fire Sprinkler Service / Inspections Technicians to join our team full-time. You will be responsible for testing, maintaining and repairing fire sprinkler systems, hydrants and fire pumps across Eastern Massachusetts.

This isn’t an installation role – it’s service and inspections only, meaning you’ll enjoy a better, less physically demanding work environment without the physical demands and challenges of installation. You will work independently from your home base, supported by a close-knit team of fire protection professionals who are always ready to help and share knowledge.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain and repair fire sprinkler systems and related equipment in accordance with applicable codes, standards, and manufacturer specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections, troubleshoot and diagnose fire sprinkler systems and related equipment and provide necessary repairs and upgrades.
• Communicate effectively with customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Complete necessary paperwork and documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in fire sprinkler technology and industry standards.
