Job descriptionManage and process bi-weekly payroll for approximately 300 employees using Paychex Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Assist with month-end close procedures and general ledger maintenance Handle various HR generalist duties, including benefits coordination and employee inquiries Bachelor's degree 5+ years of accounting experience (manufacturing or similar environment preferred) Proficiency in QuickBooks and Paychex payroll systems
