Pay Information

$290 to $300 per hour

About The Position

📍 Location : Emergency Departments in Gallipolis, Jackson, and Meigs, OH

💰 Hourly Rate : $300 / hr

🕓 Start Date : As soon as credentialed (minimum 45–60 days)

🕒 Shifts : 12-hour night shifts (8p–8a) — Primary need is nights and weekends

🩺 Specialty : Emergency Medicine / Internal Medicine / Family Medicine

Facility Details :

Annual Volume : 20,000

Number of ED Beds : 11

Fast Track Available : Yes

Trauma Level : Not designated as a trauma center

ED Admission Rate : 17% of ED patients admitted per day

Transfer Rate :

Hospital Admission Source : 17% of all hospital admissions come from the ED

Deliveries : Sent directly to Labor & Delivery

Consultants Available : Radiology, Cardiology, Pulmonology, GI, Urology, Hematology / Oncology

EMR : Allscripts / Paragon

APP Oversight : Required — physician will oversee mid-level providers

Admissions : ED physician writes orders for admissions

Job Requirements

Submission & Compliance Requirements :

✅ Active Ohio license or IMLC (LOQ required within 3 business days of acceptance)

✅ COVID-19 Vaccination – REQUIRED

✅ ABMS or AOA Board Certification in IM / FM – NO exceptions

✅ Certifications REQUIRED : ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS, NRP

✅ Minimum 2 years of recent ED experience – REQUIRED

✅ Must be available for nights and weekends – availability must be noted at time of name clear

✅ Name clear is not official until full provider presentation is reviewed by the client

✅ Submit to all 3 locations : Gallipolis, Jackson, Meigs
