Full-time Locums Job for Gastroenterologist Clinic + Endo-Suite Coverage Starting ASAP + Ongoing Central Virginia

Jackson and Coker is partnered with a facility in central Virginia that needs Gastroenterology locum tenens coverage in their clinic + outpatient Endo-suite starting ASAP and ongoing. Look forward to a consistent opportunity to work as little as 1 week per month and up to full-time starting ASAP and ongoing.

Coverage Need :

• Seeking weekday clinic & procedure coverage in the outpatient clinic + outpatient endo-suite
• No night or weekend call coverage needed

Description / Requirements for Assignment :

Active & unrestricted Virginia license required

200+ bed facility, not a designated trauma center

8-hour clinic shifts + 8-hour scope days Monday - Friday

No night call / weekend call or inpatient rounding required

Clinic volume : 18 - 20 PPD (will have an APP to work with you in clinic)

Scope volume : a minimum of 12 scopes / day

ERCP / EUS opportunity available - not required however,

Clinic + endo-suite are both located on campus of main hospital

GI will have APP support in the clinic + endo suite

Full anesthesia support in the endo-suite, flip room dynamic

Credentialing takes between 45-60 days, MediTech EMR
