ABOUT THE POSITION

The EQUIPMENT SALES – HEAVY CONSTRUCTION roles function as part of the New / Used Equipment Sales team and are responsible for obtaining and building relationships with customers to meet their equipment needs, while offering our full capabilities of services and products.

In this role, you will :

• Build and maintain relationships with end users t hrough sales calls in the territory
• Seek out new markets to optimize opportunities in increasing profitability
• Educate customers on equipment through product presentations / demos
• Provide problem resolution and follow through to address customers' needs

RELATED EXPERIENCE MAY INCLUDE : Territory Rep, Forklift Sales, Field Sales Rep, Machinery Sales, Heavy Equipment Product Specialist

This position is deemed a Safety Sensitive job for purposes of the Arkansas Medical Marijuana Amendment, the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana and Patient Protection Act and the Louisiana Therapeutic Marijuana Act.

Physical Demands / Environmental Conditions :

This position will be working in operating facilities and outdoors traveling to numerous customer locations. The employee will encounter varying weather conditions and temperatures. The normal auto hazards will apply.

This position is continuously required to talk or hear; regularly required to sit, stand, walk, or climb.

Must be able to occasionally lift up to 100 pounds.

Position requires driving vehicle to and from customer locations.
