MUST HAVE 2 YEARS MINIMUM EXP.

Hourly + Travel Expenses

IHS - Outpatient Family Medicine / Walk-In Clinic

Credentialing : 2-3 weeks

Start : ASAC - Ideally shooting for July 7th

End : October 10th

LOA : 3 month contract, option to extend

Schedule : M-F 8-5; 1hr lunch

Patient Volume : 18-20 average

Procedures :

Family Medicine, Primary Care, Internal Medicine - "Candidate MUST be willing to do Women's Health (no OB- just paps, birth controls, etc) is important."

Family Med. but also has walk-in hours for urgent care needs so will need experience in both

Rural Mountain Community, small single provider clinic.

Office Staff : Full support staff, receptionists, RN, LVN.
