Weekend On Call Varies

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Valid / Active RN License in the State of Ohio
• Valid / Active RN License in the State of WV
• Valid / Active Driver's License (any state)
• Automobile Insurance
• Reliable Transportation
• Home Health Experience Needed
• Great Communication Skills

We are here to facilitate the delivery of professional health care services needed in the patient's home setting in order to accomplish independent functioning and good health, prevent institutionalization, facilitate early hospital discharge and to provide care and support to the terminally ill patients and their families.
