Event Coordinator

We are hiring immediately for a full time EVENT COORDINATOR position. Location : Microsoft - 4344 150th Avenue North East, Redmond, WA 98052. Note : online applications accepted only.

Schedule : Full time schedule. Monday through Friday, hours may vary. More details upon interview.

Requirement : 2 years of previous related experience is preferred.

Fixed Pay Rate : $32.75 per hour

Job Summary : The Coordinator is an integral member of the Event Planning team, providing essential support to Event Planners and Managers in daily operations. This administrative role encompasses tasks such as generating reports, managing the main inbox, and overseeing events and catering orders. The Coordinator must possess exceptional communication, organizational, and customer service skills. This position serves as an excellent entry point into the corporate event planning industry.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage all incoming emails and requests for the Eventions planning team.
• Handle multiple daily catering, sports, and event booking requests.
• Communicate available services, policies, and fees to clients.
• Coordinate catering and housekeeping services for booked meetings.
• Participate in planning meetings, review event details, address staff questions, and discuss logistical matters.
• Organize and distribute event-related email communications.
• Create reports, spreadsheets, and documents to organize event information.
• Provide onsite event assistance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
