Are you a dynamic, customer-focused individual who thrives in a busy environment? As our Afternoon Receptionist, you'll be at the heart of our office operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and delivering exceptional service. From managing enrollments and billing to handling client communications and keeping our facility in tip-top shape, this role is perfect for someone who loves multitasking and interacting with people. Youll play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for students and clients alike!
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR :
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING :
Daily Operations & Compliance : Oversee the smooth operation of the office, ensuring all programs adhere to standard procedures. Enforce lobby protocols, such as proper use of seating areas and supervising children. Respond to urgent cleanliness or safety issues in the gym as needed.
Sales & Enrollment : Take ownership of the sales process from start to finish. Respond to initial inquiries via phone or email, connect with potential clients, clearly communicate program benefits, collect contact information, nurture leads, provide consistent follow-up, and successfully close registrations.
Customer Service : Provide outstanding customer service by warmly greeting incoming and exiting customers, addressing questions, resolving concerns, and going above and beyond to assist when needed.
Cleanliness & Facility Maintenance : Maintain the cleanliness of all common areas, including the exteriors, lobby, restrooms, and office spaces, ensuring they are welcoming and safe. Oversee nightly cleanings to ensure the facility remains clean, organized, and compliant with all minimum standards.
Software & Administration : Master company software and CRM systems to manage sales, process registrations, track inventory, generate reports, and handle administrative tasks efficiently.
Positive Workplace Culture : Foster a friendly, professional, and organized environment. Maintain clear communication via DSU, emails, voicemails, texts, and CRM leads to keep operations running smoothly.
Event Preparation : Prepare for upcoming events by organizing marketing materials, skill charts, welcome bags, and other necessary items. Take charge of organizing and running Advancement Shows every 8 weeks, ensuring seamless, fun-filled Saturday events that celebrate student progress.
Additional Responsibilities : Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Manager or Employer to support the success of the office and gym.
