A day in the life of a Financial Analyst at Timberland looks a little like this. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of FP&A, you as the Financial Analyst will have the primary responsibility of preparing business performance analysis, reporting, and forecasting to support the Americas business. The Financial Analyst will also be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of the annual budget, the strategic plan, and analysis & reporting of monthly operating results. To be successful, this individual will leverage leadership and communication skills, advanced knowledge of financial systems and excellent attention to detail.

• Support the monthly forecast, reporting and analysis, annual operating plan, and the strategic plan processes.
• Maintain and develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) comparing actual results to budget and forecast for the Americas wholesale business.
• Drive improvements in financial reporting and analysis, and related system capabilities.
• Provide ad hoc analytical support and perform special projects as needed.

Hiring Range : $56,000.00 USD - $70,000.00 USD annually

Incentive Potential : This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
