Precision Mechanical Assembly Specialist

A day in this role

You arrive on the floor, review the day’s build plan, and prep your workcell. You ready the equipment, verify settings, and complete a quick safety check. As parts move through, you keep an eye on throughput and quality, stepping in to fine-tune a machine or adjust a process. Finished items are packaged, labeled, and staged for shipping. Before your shift ends, you tidy your area, sync with teammates, and confirm the next run is set up for success.

What you’ll handle

• Prepare, set up, and operate manufacturing equipment for scheduled runs.
• Track production flow and verify parts meet quality standards throughout the process.
• Package, label, and stage completed products for shipment.
• Keep work areas orderly and compliant with 5S and safety expectations.
• Partner with teammates to hit daily and weekly production targets.
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times.
