Under the general supervision of the Account Services AVP, the Account Services Associate II performs a variety of clerical duties necessary to ensure the effective operations of Account Services in conformance with the established policies and procedures of Rockland Federal Credit Union. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluates and decisions file processing rejects, such as ACH, check, and other sources.
• Processes returned ACH and check deposits / loan payments.
• Processes ACH origination files.
• Performs tasks ancillary to ACH and check processing, including stop payments and unauthorized transaction claims.
• Processes certificate account maintenance.
• Processes outgoing wire transfer requests.

As an Account Services Associate I, you will work a 40-hour full-time schedule Monday through Friday.

In alignment with our commitment to pay transparency, we're pleased to share that the base hourly range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00 , excluding fringe benefits or potential incentives. If you're hired at Rockland Federal Credit Union, your final base pay will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and experience.
