Manufacturing Systems Engineer

Hithium Tech USA has a new manufacturing facility in the Mesquite / Forney area, and we are looking for a dedicated and results-oriented Systems Engineer to join our team. This is a specialized position and the ideal candidate has a robust background with a consistent track record in supporting ERP systems. Position Summary

The Manufacturing Systems Engineer will have hands-on experience managing and supporting enterprise resource planning systems such as SAP, MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems). This role will help ensure the smooth functioning and integration of our factory\'s digital infrastructure, with a strong emphasis on ERP stability, system uptime, and production efficiency.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of core ERP systems including SAP, MES, and WMS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes and system workflows.
• Provide advanced system troubleshooting, performance tuning, and ongoing support.
• Analyze, document, and communicate system problems and solutions in both Mandarin and English.
• Lead system upgrades, patch management, and ensure high availability of critical systems.
• Evaluate new tools and technologies to improve system performance and business productivity.
• Create and maintain detailed system documentation, SOPs, and user guides.
• Mentor junior engineers and serve as a technical point of escalation.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and security best practices.
• Other duties as assigned.
