Job description

A company is looking for a Senior Staff Analyst, GRC.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a comprehensive Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) strategy and roadmap

Operationalize a risk assessment and management framework to prioritize and remediate critical issues

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and lead internal and external audit activities

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in developing and delivering an integrated GRC framework

Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks related to GRC

Experience leading cross-functional requirements for compliance implementation

Relevant industry certifications (CISA, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, etc.)

Hands-on experience with technology and tools related to GRC
