We’re searching for a driven and detail-focused Prep Manager to lead our vehicle preparation team and ensure every car — new or pre-owned — looks flawless after it reaches our customers.

What You’ll Do

As our Prep Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for making sure every vehicle is showroom-ready, spotless, and on schedule. You'll manage the full prep process — from the wash bay to the delivery lane — ensuring excellence at every step.

Your responsibilities will include :

Leading a team of vehicle detailers, porters, and lot attendants

Ensuring every car is meticulously cleaned, detailed, and ready for delivery

Coordinating with sales and service teams to meet tight deadlines

Performing final inspections to uphold top-tier quality standards

Managing inventory of cleaning supplies and placing orders as needed

Training team members on detailing techniques and safety protocols

Keeping the prep area clean, organized, and efficient

Overseeing the smooth flow of vehicles through prep, photo, and delivery areas

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone with strong leadership skills and a sharp eye for detail — someone who can spot a smudge from a mile away and take action after anyone else does.

Ideal candidates will have :

3+ years of experience in vehicle detailing, prep, or service

2+ years of leadership or team management experience (automotive preferred)

Excellent organizational skills and a proactive mindset

The ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-moving environment

A valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet throughout the shift
