Weekend – Sales-Driven Beauty Advisor (6 Sales / Shift Minimum)
Ohla US is seeking high-performing Beauty Advisors to represent a premium hair care brand in local retail stores. This is a weekend, in-store role for individuals who are confident in their ability to drive consistent sales and meet clear performance goals.

Ideal Candidate
- Sales-Oriented : Proven success in meeting or exceeding retail sales goals.
- Beauty-Focused : Background or interest in hair care, beauty retail, or cosmetology is a strong plus.
- Confident Communicator : Comfortable initiating conversations, educating shoppers, and asking for the sale.
- Self-Motivated & Reliable : Ability to work independently, stay on-task, and deliver results consistently.
Requirements
Sales-First Focus : This is a performance-based role requiring a minimum of 6 confirmed sales per shift.Customer Engagement : Proactively approach shoppers, build rapport, and convert interest into sales through confident, knowledgeable communication.In-Store Visits : Travel to retail locations in your area (mileage reimbursed).Quick & Accurate Reporting : Submit daily performance through a mobile reporting app.Benefits
