The role also involves training other Respiratory Therapy personnel in these critical care areas.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments are essential.

Candidates must be able to collaborate well with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.

This position requires adherence to all state and regulatory guidelines related to respiratory therapy.

Flexibility in scheduling and the ability to work various shifts are important for this role.
