Job Overview
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for building and optimizing CleanSparks recruiting infrastructure while managing full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles across the organization. This position partners closely with hiring managers the HR team and external networks to deliver a proactive inclusive and high-quality hiring experience. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in shaping CleanSparks employer brand and ensuring the company attracts engages and retains top talent in alignment with its business goals and culture.

This position may involve duties that require operation of a company vehicle or travel between job sites. As such candidates must be insurable under CleanSparks vehicle insurance policy.
