Job descriptionPrepare customer billing in Sage 100 Contractor Implement and manage credit and collections processes Document collection efforts and maintain A / R records Manage overdue accounts and initiate follow-ups Reconcile cash receipts and A / R balances Generate daily cash flow projections with the Controller Maintain required billing documentation and compliance records Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting (preferred) 5+ years of A / R management experience in commercial construction Notary Public certification (or willingness to obtain) Strong familiarity with Sage 100 Contractor Ability to meet performance standards related to aging, delinquency, and reporting
