Salary : $57,000 to $68,000

Wellspring Family Services is seeking a full-time Clinical Supervisor for our Weirton, WV office. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that the services and support provided meet the highest quality standards in line with our agency's values and mission, while maintaining a trauma-informed service model. You will oversee a team of Therapists and Community Liaisons, guiding them in our commitment to serve the community through behavioral health services. Additionally, you will deliver therapeutic services to a small caseload of clients based on their treatment plans and diagnoses.
