Key Responsibilities
Manage trademark work, including client inquiries, order review, and support for attorneys
Monitor team performance, conduct quality control, and provide coaching and training
Coordinate trademark workflow and support operations by cross-training team members
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED; BA / BS degree preferred
Experience with trademark application processing and client correspondence
Experience in training and onboarding team members
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
Ability to prioritize work and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
