Job descriptionPerforms patient assessment and assigns diagnosis based on recorded assessment data and current scientific and current research Writes prescriptions for medication, blood products based upon laboratory results, routine diagnostic and follow-up studies, therapeutic measures, as appropriate. Interprets and evaluates findings of studies / tests. Recognizes deviations from normal in physical assessments and testing. Documents care provided. We are seeking a Urology Nurse Practitioner to join Bloomington Medical Services in Wooster, Ohio. This is a Full Time position Monday -Friday. We are a multi-specialty practice. Our out-patient office is conveniently located in Wooster and our providers cover only one hospital, Wooster Community Hospital.
Qualifications :
- Active NP or PA license in the State of Ohio
- Urology experience is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated skills in interpersonal relationships
- Computer skills to utilize Electronic Health Record
