About the Role

As the Head of Credits and Tax Incentives , you will be responsible for identifying, securing, and managing government incentive programs that support CoreWeave’s rapid growth in the AI infrastructure and data‑center industry. You’ll drive strategies to capture state, local, and international financial incentives, while assisting in building and maintaining a world‑class compliance program. This role is highly cross‑functional and impactful, working closely with leadership teams to unlock value and efficiency in every region where CoreWeave operates.

Your Day‑to‑day Will Include

• Overseeing the sourcing, application, and execution of incentive programs, such as state sales tax exemptions, and personal and real property tax abatements at the local level.
• Partnering across Finance, Data Center Operations, and People teams to gather required documentation and ensure timely submission of applications.
• Representing the company in discussions with State and local Government officials to advocate for and advance incentive initiatives.
• Advising leadership and operational teams on incentive utilization and compliance.
• Managing outside counsel and subject matter experts to support incentive strategy and reporting.
• Building frameworks for identifying and capturing incentives in new U.S. and international markets.

What We Offer

The base salary range for this role is $240,000 to $285,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration.
