• Orientation : Biweekly orientation sessions\n
• Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $2320-$2490\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Vermont RN license required (can be applied for upon acceptance)\n
• Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room RN experience\n
• BLS certification required\n
• Orthopedic nursing skills highly preferred (orthopedics is the main specialty)\n
• Scrub nurse experience highly preferred\n
• Experience with Cerner EMR preferred\n
• Must have own vehicle (no public transportation available)\n
• Strong attention to detail and ability to provide thorough work history and documentation\n
• Must not be a local candidate\nOperating Room Nurse Responsibilities\n
• Deliver high-quality perioperative nursing care to surgical patients in the Operating Room\n
• Assist with orthopedic procedures and demonstrate proficiency in ortho-related nursing skills\n
• Perform circulating and scrub nurse duties as needed\n
• Participate in on-call rotation as scheduled\n
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes\n
• Accurately document patient care using Cerner EMR\n
• Follow facility policies, procedures, and safety protocols\n
