Job Responsibilities

Identify and select merchandise that aligns with our brand's aesthetic and customer base. Offline visit markets to evaluate and select suppliers to choose the best products. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of fashion trends, consumer behavior, and industry shifts. Monitor fashion trends and consumer preferences through various sources (fashion shows, social media, market research). Conduct analysis to forecast upcoming seasons' collections, ensuring product selections align with market demand. Establish and maintain strong relationships with store owners, manufacturers, and designers. Provide input on the visual merchandising of stores and online platforms. Prepare and present regular reports on purchasing activity and sales performance. Provide insights and recommendations for improving buying strategies and product assortment.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, or related field. 3+ years of experience as a Buyer or in a similar role within the fashion industry. Strong knowledge of fashion trends, consumer behavior, and market analysis. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Ability to manage budgets, forecast trends, and work under tight deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) Passion for fashion and an eye for identifying products that will appeal to the target market. Experience with e-commerce purchasing. Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Creative and innovative mindset with attention to detail. Excellent English (required).
