This full-time, entry-level position offers a fantastic opportunity to learn about distribution, shipping / receiving, warehousing, and customer service. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that shipments are verified and delivered on time while maintaining our commitment to quality and productivity standards.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Receive and inspect materials to ensure accuracy in part numbers and quantities.
• Communicate with vendors to resolve part number issues and confirm parts accuracy.
• Prepare and submit packing slips and picking tickets daily for processing.
• Safely operate trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts, or dollies for loading and unloading.
• Pick and pack transfers and truck shipments properly.
• Secure items in position on trucks to prevent damage during transport.
• Drive company trucks for timely deliveries and pick-ups, notifying management of any delays.
• Coordinate with vendors and freight companies for Return Authorizations and BOL for LTL shipments.
• Manage inventory processes and conduct cycle counts as required.
• Maintain cleanliness in the warehouse and ensure a safe working environment.
• Report and record any damage to vehicles, products, or equipment.
• Follow direction from the Supply Chain Coordinator and perform any additional duties as assigned.
