• Description
• Top Growth Marketing is growing and we’re looking for talented creatives to join our vibrant, remote digital marketing team! Your Responsibilities : As a creative, you’ll be working alongside our media buying, email, and copy teams to produce a variety of ad content for a number of eCommerce clients as well as in-house projects. Some of your tasks will include :
• Fluent in all social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.) and digital marketing trends
• Develop creative briefs based on ideas established in brainstorming sessions with direction, schedules, and expected deliverables for the creative team
• Create graphics for all ad platforms & email collateral
• Work with project managers and media buyers to make creatives that convert (look at CTR, CPC and other data to make creative decisions)
• You’re a player-coach who’s committed to inventive design for everything from brand campaigns to ad designs
• Conceptualize campaign vision, harnessing original graphics, copy, content websites, social media, and other marketing materials
• Drive continual improvement in our creative quality, thinking and capabilities
• Elevate the visual representation of our client’s brands through effective graphic design across all mediumsRequirements :
• 1+ year of experience designing ads + emails - preferably for eCommerce clients.
• Use of Canva and Photoshop (other creative platforms is a plus)
• Video editing is a plus, but not needed
• Understaning creatives for Facebook, Instagram, emails and Tiktok content
• Strong English skills, to make the team / dream work
• Agency experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently, self-organize, and meet deadlines
• Ability to do your own research to understand project / client requirements
