Temp-to-Hire position$18.00 to $20.00 / hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08 : 30am to 05 : 00pm)Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone.Answer questions about products and services. Process orders, returns, and exchanges.Provide support to patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.Maintain accurate records and ensure a smooth customer experience.Communicate effectively with various health care insurance providers.Medical Customer Service Rep Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalentMinimum of one year administrative, receptionist or front desk experience with medical records required.Customer-oriented attitude with a focus on care and service.Team player who enjoys working in a supportive, positive environment.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employmentA conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
