Job description

Environmental Services Supervisor

Hiring a full-time Environmental Services Supervisor to join a dedicated healthcare team. This leadership role supports a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients, staff, and visitors. The position works evening / night shifts (typically 8-hour shifts between 1 PM 2 AM) and offers 80 hours bi-weekly.

What Youll Do :

  • Oversee Environmental Services staff and daily operations
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness across all hospital areas
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and infection control protocols

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma required; Associates degree preferred
  • 2+ years of leadership experience in environmental services (preferred)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record
