Social Worker Regional Manager (Peninsula / East Bay)

We’re looking for a Social Worker Regional Manager to serve as a liaison between the operations leadership team, the Divisional Manager Social worker, and field Social workers of the assigned area.

What You Will Do

The Regional Social Worker Manager will act as a resource and subject matter expert, support the delivery of excellent psychosocial care, and assist in the improvement of quality outcomes by providing direction and guidance. This person will carry a reduced patient caseload.
